The Glacier lagoon in Iceland is told to be one of the greatest wonders of nature in Iceland where you can see large icebergs float on the lagoon but huge blocks of ice constantly break off the glacier Breiðamerkurjökull. Jökulsárlón is about 370 km east from Reykjavík and during the drive you can see varying Icelandic landscape, such as waterfalls, the volcano that caused all the problems in 2010 (Eyjafjallajökull) and lava fields. From April – October you can take a tour in the lake on a boat. (Admittance charge in the boat is not included)
